Scope of Services
WebCraft provides AI-powered web development services. We design and build websites based on the requirements you provide through our intake process. Each project scope is defined during the initial consultation and confirmed before work begins.
Payment Terms
All services are billed as one-time fees as outlined in the agreed project scope. Payment is due according to the schedule specified at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ownership
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables produced for your project, including source code, design assets, and content created specifically for you. WebCraft retains no rights to your finished website. We may use general, non-confidential aspects of the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your plan. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be purchased at an agreed-upon rate. Major scope changes may require a separate project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
WebCraft provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If you terminate before completion, you are responsible for payment for work already performed. WebCraft may terminate if you breach these terms or fail to provide required materials within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, we will deliver any completed work to date.
